Can members book from their phone?
Yes. Your branded member experience provides a place to find classes, book and manage their account. The demo includes the customer journey as well as the studio view.
Will a waitlist guarantee that cancellations are filled?
No. Filling a space depends on demand, timing and member eligibility. We will show the workflow and help you understand the settings rather than promise a particular occupancy increase.
What should I check when switching systems?
Confirm remaining pack balances, future bookings, reformer capacity for each session and your cancellation rules. Agree how existing recurring payments will be handled separately; do not assume payment details can simply be copied.
