What is VoraLink?

VoraLink is a studio management system built for independent fitness studios. It lets you manage members, class bookings, payments, and monthly class allowances (credits) in one place. It's designed for Pilates, yoga, HIIT, boxing, and similar studios that want simplicity without long contracts or per-member fees.

How do I get started?

Click "Start Free Studio Setup" on our homepage. Enter your email and studio name; we create your studio and send you to sign in. Once you're in, you'll go through a short onboarding to set up classes, pricing, and members. We can also help with data migration and training.

How much does it cost?

We offer tiered monthly subscriptions (e.g. Starter, Growth, Pro) with flat pricing—no per-member fees. There is a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding, configuration, data migration, and training. Exact prices are on our pricing section. No long-term contracts; you can cancel in line with your plan.

Do you offer a demo?

Yes. Use the "Request a demo" or "Book Personal Demo" button to get in touch. We'll walk you through the system and answer your questions—no pressure.

How do members book classes?

Each studio gets its own subdomain (e.g. yourstudio.voralink.co.uk). Members sign in there to see the timetable, book and cancel classes, and view their credit balance. Booking confirmations and reminders are sent by email (and optionally SMS on supported plans).

How do payments work?

Recurring membership payments are processed via Stripe. You can set up plans and pricing in the dashboard. Failed payments trigger automatic reminders. One-off purchases (e.g. credit packs) are also supported through the platform.

Is my data secure?

We use industry-standard security and host on trusted infrastructure. We do not sell your or your members' data. For details on how we collect, use, and protect data, see our Privacy Policy.

Can I migrate from another system?

Yes. Our setup process can include data migration from spreadsheets or other systems. Tell us what you use when you get in touch or during onboarding, and we'll outline the steps.

Who is VoraLink for?

VoraLink is built for independent fitness studios that want a simple, all-in-one system. It's not aimed at large chains or enterprise gyms. If you run a single location or a small number of studios and want to focus on teaching rather than admin, we're a good fit.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
